Kebuzone also known shown analgesic, antipyretic, and platelet-inhibitory activities. Kebuzone acts by blocking the synthesis of prostaglandins by inhibiting cyclooxygenase, which converts arachidonic acid to cyclic endoperoxides, precursors of prostaglandins.
