3.Production method of 3-Mercaptopropionic acid

It is prepared from acrylonitrile and thiourea as raw materials. First, thiourea and hydrochloric acid were reacted at 40°C for 0.5h, acrylonitrile was added dropwise, reacted at 110-113°C for 3h, cooled to 40°C, and 4% sodium hydroxide solution was added to pH 11, after dehydrogenation for 4h, at 30°C ℃ neutralize with hydrochloric acid to pH 1-2.
